When fighting, you rely on an ever-increasing repertoire of spectacular martial maneuvers. You trade the normal gnome benefits for a couple of SLAs; you are also, notably, immune to compulsion effects.
How do warblades work? : DnD
A good choice if you’re a Dex-based warblade, particularly if you have your eye on a dip in the Champion of Corellon prestige class. This is good stuff. I give the warblade five stars. Nonetheless, the fact that it stops a whole lot of Power Attack does make 33.5 better than its predecessors. Warblade 3.5 can see the appeal for say, a Skirmisher, but Warblades don’t get Skirmish.
The -Int isn’t ideal, but it isn’t horrid either, because honestly, having 4 arms probably cancels it out. Nice for helping to fill out party roles; UMD is especially valuable.
If you do have a grappling build, then warblade 3.5 is pure gold.
Subpar warblade 3.5 terms of damage potential. Wonderful feat, depending on your playing style and campaign Couple small questions: Light Mace – The Lightning Maces feat makes these quite useful. A little bit MAD? Might take some work to set up, but it pairs very nicely with a lot of White Raven maneuvers.
Simply amazing, this is the mounted combatant’s Leap Attack. Requires warblade 3.5 forethought and setup, though. If you’re into optimization, avoid them at all costs, but a warblade who focuses on these two feat trees is a perfectly playable one. It’s much like Steely Strike in this regard. This class is a thinking man’s Fighter and is very nearly broken:. Even if you don’t want to take the class to its full progression, it works really well as a filler level for any PC that fancies gaining some combat clout: Improved Trip – Excellent.
